Go On And Sell More!
UpSales is a game that can be used regularly for training rand developing skills to sell
additional products. It contains a simple algorithm for offering a product that would be a
necessary and logical addition to the basic purchase chosen by the customer. When
playing UpSales, participants themselves decide which product / product groups they work
with. They have to come up with several additional products based on the customer's
needs and generate arguments as to why the customer really needs the product.
Participants play individually, competing with each other.
