WHAT IS THE BOSS?
The game is based on the model of intentions developed by the American psychologist
B. Riedler. Game allows managers to see the influence of their attitude towards their
employees. Game is updated with situations which demand using management and
leadership skills. Participants perfect their skill of improving their levels of motives
interacting with their subordinates not only by words, but by actions too.
MAIN RESULTS OF THE GAME
a manager and the effect of such motives on the real life performance;
activities and words, to understand the underlying principle, primarily people
respond to the motives, not only to words.
