Frontline is a board game that allows its players to train skills necessary for excellent
customer service. It consists of 2 parts – 1) a game of concepts, which provides
knowledge on the principles and attitudes of good service, and 2) game of skills, which
trains the behavioral skills needed in everyday work with customers. The game includes
industry specific real life customer service situations, for example, for banks, for
convenience stores, for hotels and food service, etc. Topics covered are first impression,
dealing with difficult customers, handling objections, problem solving and other.
