Ask The Right Question!
Catch Me If You Can is a board game based on the sales funnel. Players learn how to
understand customers' needs in a structured way focusing on the quality of questions. The
game makes participants to formulate questions that help moving towards the sale and
give maximum information without causing negative emotions. Players themselves choose
which product / product groups they would work with. The game encourages them to
develop three basic skills needed in sales: to hear the customer; to speak with the
customer in his/her language; and not to think for the customer. Participants play
individually, competing with each other.
